Cosmo was born out of pure annoyance—watching food brands sell “health” with shiny claims while the ingredients told a very different story. Rather than tolerate it, Kunal decided to build a platform that calls it out clearly, without making people decode ingredient lists like a PhD thesis. As CEO and co-founder, he’s deeply involved in everything from vision and product to strategy and marketplace—often asking the uncomfortable questions that helps everything think and saves everyone time Unofficially, he’s also Cosmo’s resident babysitter, thriving on working with a young, fast, and curious team. Officially, Adi is a co-founder at Cosmo. Unofficially, he’s the Chief Mischief Officer—bringing curiosity, contrarian thinking, and just the right amount of chaos to the founding team. He owns everything brand-side at Cosmo: doing the first vibe check, building relationships, and convincing partners to believe in what Cosmo is building. His not-so-secret weapon? Being young enough that most people don’t have the heart to say no. When he’s not shaping Cosmo, Adi is also a full-time student at Hamilton College, New York—proof that apparently you can build a startup between classes. Deep down, he’s serious about building Cosmo the right way: honest, user-first, human, and genuinely fun.

Pooja is Cosmo’s Business Development Manager and the unofficial Head of Firefighting. She’s the one coordinating across teams, unblocking chaos, and making sure the wheels keep turning smoothly—often all at the same time. She thrives in startup madness because she’s lived it before, having run her own e-commerce clothing brand. This means she doesn’t just understand the hustle—she anticipates it. When she’s not keeping Cosmo on track, Pooja vicariously relives her New York college days through Adi, and when work finally pauses, you’ll probably find her singing her heart out.
